Do I need to be a developer?
No. Each employee is a folder plus prompts. You extract the kit and tell your agent to install it from the folder.
Is this really free?
Yes. The employees are open source under the MIT license, the session was free, and the replay is free for everyone who registers.
What do I need installed?
An agent harness like Claude Code and a normal browser. That is all the employees need.
What does it cost to run?
Your agent harness subscription and nothing beyond it. Start with one role, measure what it uses, then decide on a second.
What does the Agent Ops Club cost?
Free to start, with an account that costs nothing and includes the 8 open source AI Employees. Pro is $99 a month or $349 a year. Lifetime is one payment of $499 until October 31 at 11:59 PM Eastern, then $999 from November 1. The session itself is free.
