Agent Ops Club Member License Agreement

Version 1.0, effective August 21, 2026

This agreement is between you (the "Member") and Reinventing.AI ("we", "us") and covers the software, source code, templates, workflows, and training materials made available inside the Agent Ops Club (the "Materials").

1. What you get

While your membership is active, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

  • Use the Materials for your own business and projects.
  • Customize, rebrand, and extend the software in the Materials.
  • Deploy customized versions of the software for your own clients, and charge for that work at any price you set.
  • Sell access to deployed, hosted instances of the software as a service you operate.

2. What you may not do

  • Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publish the Materials themselves. This includes the source code, repositories, training content, prompts, and internal documentation, whether modified or not.
  • Provide the source code to clients or third parties. Client engagements are delivered as deployed software, not as code handoffs, unless you have a separate written agreement with us.
  • Share your member account, downloads, or download links with anyone.
  • Use the Materials to build a product whose primary purpose is to compete with the Agent Ops Club itself.
  • Claim authorship of the original, unmodified Materials.

3. Client work

You own the customizations you create. The underlying Materials remain ours. When an engagement ends, your client keeps the deployed instance you built for them; they do not receive rights to the Materials or the right to redistribute the software.

4. Membership and termination

This license is tied to an active membership. If your membership lapses or is terminated, your right to receive new Materials and updates ends. Deployed instances you already shipped to clients may keep running. Grandfathered members from the Reinventing.AI Hub retain access under their existing rates and this same license.

5. No warranty

The Materials are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing anything you deploy for yourself or a client. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Materials, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Changes

We may update this agreement for future versions of the Materials. Material changes will be versioned, and continued membership after notice constitutes acceptance.
