Privacy policy

This page is being finalized and will be published here before checkout opens.

Questions in the meantime go to the FAQ.

Cookies

This site uses cookies in three groups. Necessary cookies are always on because the site does not work without them. Analytics and Marketing cookies are on unless you switch them off in Cookie settings, and you can change that choice at any time.

Necessary

Set by us. They keep you signed in, remember your cookie choice, and carry information between two steps of the same action. No consent is required for these.

CookieSet byPurposeExpires
sb-*Agent Ops Club (Supabase Auth)Keeps you signed in to your account.Session, refreshed while you use the site
aoc_consentAgent Ops ClubRemembers the cookie choice you made in the cookie bar.6 months
aoc_signupAgent Ops ClubCarries your email preferences and license acceptance through Google sign in, then is removed.Removed on return from Google
aoc_attribAgent Ops ClubRemembers which link brought you here (the campaign tags and click id already in the address, the first page you saw and the referring site) so we know which of our own posts and ads lead to accounts. Copied to your account at signup and read by nobody else.30 days

The site also uses browser storage on your own device for small preferences such as a dismissed bar, a chat transcript for the current visit, or a list view you picked. Nothing in that storage is sent to a third party.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4, loaded unless you switch Analytics off. It counts visits and which pages get read so we can improve the club. Google may process this data in the United States. Google’s privacy policy explains how Google uses information it receives.

CookieSet byPurposeExpires
_gaGoogle AnalyticsTells one visitor apart from another so visits and page reads can be counted.2 years
_ga_*Google AnalyticsKeeps the state of your current visit.2 years

Marketing

Meta Pixel, loaded unless you switch Marketing off. We use it to measure selected public page visits, pricing interest and confirmed membership purchases. If server-side measurement is enabled, we also send Meta the purchase amount, currency, a purchase event identifier, and hashed email and account identifiers to help match the purchase to advertising. Browser identifiers may be included when available. Hashing does not make this information anonymous.

CookieSet byPurposeExpires
_fbpMeta PixelIdentifies your browser so Meta can measure visits and purchases that came from our ads.90 days
_fbcMeta PixelStores the click identifier from a Meta ad you arrived through.90 days

The choice recorded when you start checkout also controls server-side reporting for that purchase. We do not send payment card details, member chat content or course activity through this integration. Meta’s privacy policy explains how Meta uses information it receives.

Your choices

Cookie settings in the footer of every page opens the choices for each group: save your own, or pick Necessary only. Withdrawing a category stops its scripts and removes the cookies it set on this site. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Marketing stays off regardless of the stored choice. Your choice never affects membership access.

Inside the members area, opening a booking calendar or a video player loads that provider’s embed, and the provider may set its own cookies on its own domain at that moment. Payments happen on Stripe’s checkout pages under Stripe’s own privacy policy.
