Do I need to be able to code?

You need to be comfortable directing agents, not writing code by hand. The Masterclass teaches the exact workflow I use: agents do the building, you set the standards and make the calls. Curiosity and a willingness to work in a terminal help.

Question 3

Which agents and harnesses does this run on?

Accepted Answer

Everything ships in the Claude Code skill format, and that is where I build and test it. Claude Code, OpenClaw, Hermes, OpenCode, Grok Bot, Codex, Antigravity, Pi, Cline, Qwen Code, DeepSeek all run scheduled routines and read the same format, so each employee and each kit includes setup notes for them. The open source repository states plainly which harnesses have been tested and which carry notes only.

What are AI Employees?

Whole roles in a business, rebuilt as scheduled routines: GTM Engineer, SEO Employee, Web Dev Employee, Social Media Employee, Ad Manager Employee, Sales Employee, Customer Satisfaction Employee, Chief of Staff. Each one runs its routines on a schedule, uses browser and computer use to work real interfaces, and registers with your agent's scheduler instead of sitting in its global context. Nothing is sent to a person and nothing is spent without your click. The 8 roles are open source under the MIT license on GitHub. Premium employees, starting with a Data Analyst in October, are delivered only inside the club.

What does the license allow?

Two things are licensed differently. The 8 open source AI Employees are MIT licensed: use them, change them, redistribute them and hand them to clients, as long as the MIT notice stays. Everything delivered inside the club, meaning the premium software library, any premium employee, the kits I ship through the Agent Builder, the Masterclass and the Sales Tools, is covered by the member license: customize and rebrand it, deploy it for clients at any price you set, sell access to hosted instances you operate, and sell implementation and managed operations services, with no revenue share. Anything you author yourself, including a kit the Agent Builder writes for you, is yours outright. Downloads and the resale license come with Pro yearly and Lifetime at once, and with Pro monthly after 90 days. The full agreement is on the license page.

Can I resell the source code?

No. For the premium library you sell deployments, not code. Clients keep the deployed instance you build for them, but the source, the repositories and the training materials stay inside the club and are never redistributed or handed off. The open source employees are the exception, because the MIT license allows redistribution.

Can I sell the AI Employees to clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and the answer depends on which kind. The open source eight can be installed for a client, modified, and even handed over, because MIT allows it, and you charge whatever you like. A premium employee from the club can be customized, installed and configured inside a client's environment under your own brand at any price, or run on your own infrastructure with the output sold as a managed service. The one boundary on premium kits is that you sell the deployment and the operation, not the package. Anything you build yourself, including anything the Agent Builder writes for you, is yours outright.

Can I sell implementation services, and do you take a cut?

Yes, and no. You can sell agent operations implementation, consulting, audits, setup, migration, training you deliver yourself, and ongoing managed operations. Any price, any client, under your own brand, and I take none of it. Section 4 of the license says exactly that. For most members this is the faster money, because a business does not have to buy software to want the outcome.

What happens to the license if my membership ends?

On Pro, the right to download Materials, receive updates and deploy new client instances ends with the membership. Instances you already shipped keep running and engagements under way can be completed. Lifetime has no end date: the license lasts for as long as the club operates, with at least twelve months' notice and a download window if it ever closes. A refund ends the license on the day it is issued.

Are there live sessions?

Yes. Free public trainings are open to everyone with a free account, and Pro and Lifetime members get the premium member events on top. I do not promise a cadence. Every session, free or premium, lands on the public calendar as soon as it is booked, and every time is stated in Eastern.

Where are the replays?

Accepted Answer

Replays live on Reinventing.AI for now. After a Pro or Lifetime purchase I add your account there within 24 hours, and you can watch every recorded session. The replay library moves inside the club after launch.

Question 12

Do I get 1 on 1 time, a done for you install, or a custom app build?

Accepted Answer

Not with Pro or Lifetime. The club is the training, the library, the events and the tools, and it is priced that way. Live 1 on 1 time, a done for you install with hosting, a custom app build and the first client guarantee belong to AgentOps Implementation, which is scoped and priced on a call. Members who joined under the earlier annual plan and grandfathered Hub members keep what their plan included.

How does billing work?

Free is a free account with no card. Pro is $99 a month or $349 a year, which saves $839 against twelve months at $99. Lifetime is $499 until October 31 at 11:59 PM Eastern and $999 from November 1, paid once. Checkout runs on Stripe inside the club. Pro renews automatically until you cancel from your account page, where the Stripe customer portal manages the subscription.

What does Pro monthly lock for the first 90 days?

Downloads of the premium software library and premium employees, plus the resale license that goes with them. They unlock automatically after 90 days of continuous paid membership, counted from the first day of your current unbroken run, so a cancel and restart resets the clock. The Masterclass, the certificate, the member events, the Sales Tools, Agent Ops Chat and the Agent Builder are yours from day one on monthly. Moving to yearly or Lifetime unlocks downloads at once, at any point in the 90 days.

What happens to the Lifetime price on November 1?

It doubles. Lifetime is $499 until October 31 at 11:59 PM Eastern and $999 from November 1. It is one date and it is real: the launch price is a separate Stripe price that stops being sold at that instant. Lifetime is $150 more than one year of Pro, and after that you never pay again, with everything I add to the library later included, for as long as the club runs. If the club ever closes you get at least twelve months' notice and a download window.

What is the refund policy?

30 days to change your mind on Pro yearly and Lifetime, 14 days on Pro monthly, for a full refund. The license ends on the day of the refund. Renewals are not refunded, and a reminder goes out 30 days before a yearly renewal. The full wording is on the refunds page.

Question 17

I already pay Reinventing.AI. What changes for me?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is taken away. If you are on the earlier annual club plan or a grandfathered Hub membership, Reinventing.AI keeps billing you at your existing rate and you keep everything your plan includes. A Hub member who buys Pro or Lifetime keeps the Hub only items too. Register here with the email your subscription is under and your membership attaches on its own.
