Full agent harnesses, the kind you run on your own machine today, each one spun up in its own secure virtual machine, loaded with custom skills, and sold to clients as a service or packaged as a SaaS. Almost nobody is doing this yet.
In this session I walk through how I spin up and deploy custom agent harnesses on demand: Claude Code, Codex, a DeepSeek harness and more, each running as a full machine in a secure environment, with your own skills, instructions and guardrails loaded before the first job runs.
What we cover in the hour:
- The harness as the unit of work. A whole coding agent in its own virtual machine, not a model call. What that changes about the work it can finish unattended.
- Spinning one up. Creating a custom harness, choosing the base agent, loading custom skills and instructions, and deploying it so your app or a client can start a job with one request.
- Keeping it secure. Isolated machines per job, scoped credentials, and where the human stop sits so a person still approves anything that sends or spends.
- Selling it. The same rig pointed at a client workload and sold as a done-for-you service, or wrapped in a product and sold as a SaaS. How to price per job, per seat or per outcome.
Bring a workload you would hand to an agent if it could run in its own machine. We spend the back half on your builds.
Members only, on Zoom. Replay is posted in the club afterwards.
