Most agent demos stop at a chat box. This is the shape that sells: a real product where the customer never touches the agent, pays per result, and gets a finished pack back by email.
What the customer gets per offer: the written offer (name, promise, audience, price, inclusions, guarantee, objections), a landing page in real HTML that the agent builds, opens in a browser and fixes, a share image rendered from the page plus illustrated versions, three emails, twelve posts, six ad angles and a seven day rollout plan. Two rounds of changes in plain words on the same job.
What you get as the owner: the product site (written for the customer's pain point, with the app drawn under the hero), accounts, three bundles with typed credits (Starter, Plus with more assets, Premium with a human review you deliver), Stripe Checkout per bundle, a hand grant script, the harness engine (start, poll, relay, sandboxed live preview, zip, revisions, refund, sweep), a free sample pack and a lead magnet so every free signup is an email you can follow up, and an integrations layer that hands the run image generation and web search behind a per job token so the agent never holds a key.
Swap the one thing. The method lives in one skill folder and one instruction file. Change those, rebrand the site from one config file, and the same engine sells a different result. The customize doc is written for your desktop agent app; say "set this product up for me" and it walks you through Supabase, HarnessRouter and the first job.
